We gather the personal data that you send us when you for example send in a request, report an error (via email to order@mdsolution.se) or contact our sales department.

When the malfunction has been repaired, an invoice is sent for the job performed and any spare parts.

Who has access to your personal data?

Your personal data will mostly be managed by us at MD Solution AB.

Your personal data can also be given to our subsidiary KMAPP AB (org.nr. 559146-8326) as well as our partners for the named purposes (managing malfunction reports).

The web solution is managed by Pensare Web, an italian web agency that stores their data according to the following policy: https://www.pensareweb.it/privacy-cookie-policy/.

The email addresses used by our newsletter subscribers will be managed by our partners Smore, that manages and stores the data on their servers in different parts of the world (more at https://www.smore.com/privacy).

The information can be exchanged with external partners that manage the information on our behalf. We use external partners for among others technical operations and updating the website, newsletters, targeted marketing (as well as retargeting) and reviewing our company and products. These companies are personal data managers and act accordingly to our instructions and process data that we are responsible for. The data managers are not allowed to use the information in any other way than what our agreement states confidentially. We have written agreements with the data management companies that process the date on our behalf.
